3. A Small One-Night-Stay supplement Fee may apply at Proprietor's Discretion in the circumstance of some Hostel bookings. Two nights minimum preferred at weekends.
4. There is a 5% surcharge per transaction on all Credit Card Payments. This is imposed on Traders by the Credit Card processing companies. There is no surcharge for payments made by Debit Card, that is those cards which take money directly out of your current account.
5. Cancellations may only be made by telephoning the Proprietor between 8am and 10pm.
6. There is a £10 charge per transaction applied by WorldPay for reversing transactions.
7. If cancellations occur less than two weeks before arrival the whole amount is payable, due to potential lost trade opportunities. Regular Holiday Insurance is recommended.
8. Cancellations before two weeks before arrival, will try to be accommodated on another date.
9. Parties of 5 or more people should give a month's notice of cancellation. The proprietor's discretion is dependent on circumstance, size of party, period booked and administration charges for lost trade.

    Please ensure you arrive by 10pm on your first night to Check-In. Key Pad access after that!
11. All damages must be reported to Reception on the same day, and if your fault, paid for.
12. £10 deposit on arrival includes Key Return, Extra Cleaning Created, Damage.
13. Behaviour: No Smoking Indoors, No Booze in Bedroom, No Guests of Guests after 11pm, No Noise after 11pm Upstairs, No Admission after 12pm, Dining Room lights out 1am.
